Terms

Studios agree to use INKD to manage their own studio operations, respect client privacy, and honor bookings made through the platform.

Clients agree that bookings made through a public studio page are requests — the studio confirms availability.

Flash designs remain owned by the studio/artist who uploaded them. Reservations are subject to studio confirmation.

Payments are processed by Stripe/Razorpay. INKD takes a stated commission on flash transactions only.

Liability. INKD provides software, not tattoo services. Studios remain solely responsible for the work performed.

Termination. Either side can terminate at any time. Data export available on request.
